The Aalto EMBA program is offered in seven locations: Finland, Singapore, Poland, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia and Iran.
The program is designed to enhance the participants’ personal skills and leadership competencies. The modules also strengthen the participants’ strategic thinking thus increasing their understanding of why businesses need to transform and how they themselves can become drivers of organizational transformation. You will acquire a multidisciplinary perspective on business, and develop globally relevant competencies with an emphasis on strategy and leadership.
The Aalto Executive MBA program is designed for individuals with significant professional work experience, typically 14 years or more.

Contents and Schedule
Aalto Executive MBA in Singapore program consists of 11 core modules, 8 electives and 1 Business Strategy Project. The program can be completed in 18-20 months.
Modules are typically run once a month with in-class sessions starting from Friday at 3pm and lasting the whole of Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am to 6.30pm. Each module consists of a pre-assignment and take-home or in-class exam. The assignments are evaluated by the Aalto Executive MBA faculty.

Once accepted into the Aalto Executive MBA program in Singapore you may take up to six modules at other Aalto Executive MBA locations: Finland (Helsinki), Korea (Seoul), Taiwan (Taipei), Iran (Tehran) and Poland (Poznan).
Aalto Executive MBA in Helsinki, Finland
The Aalto Executive MBA in Finland is delivered by Aalto University Executive Education.
The program offers the opportunity for Aalto Executive MBA participants to continue or complement their studies in Helsinki. Similarly, if you begin in Helsinki, you can negotiate to take some Aalto Executive MBA modules in Singapore, Poznan, Tehran, Seoul or Taiwan.
Aalto Executive MBA in Poznan, Poland
The Aalto Executive MBA is delivered in Poznan through our partner, the Poznan School of Banking. This cooperation provides Polish managers access to a high-quality, intensive and internationally recognized Executive MBA program within their own country. All the Aalto Executive MBA modules are taught in Poznan, some in Polish, some in English.
Aalto Executive MBA in Seoul, Korea
The Aalto Executive MBA is delivered in Seoul through a joint venture between the Aalto University School of Business and the Seoul School of Integrated Sciences & Technologies. The aim is to offer a high-quality, intensive and internationally oriented development program for the managers of Korean companies.
The participants in Korea usually take 21 modules of which 18 are taught in Seoul and three in Helsinki. They also have the option to negotiate taking modules in Singapore, Taiwan or Poznan.
Aalto Executive MBA in Taipei, Taiwan
The Aalto Executive MBA is delivered in fully facilitated education hub through a partnership with Pan Asia International Education Center. The Program consists of 12 mandarin and six simultaneously interpreted English modules. Aalto Executive MBA participants may choose to join in the English modules that are taught by our Aalto professors and visiting faculty.
