Leaders today are faced with a new set of challenges. They are no longer the expert in all areas as the pace of change increases. The new tools of leadership are communication and influence. Your ideas and strategy are only effective when you can motivate others to implement them. This is especially true as you build capabilities in the organization, develop and integrate new technology, and help others to thrive in changing roles, environments, policies and regulations, all while introducing new and innovative ideas that can disrupt ‘business as usual’. This program includes in-depth coaching opportunities to fine tune specific areas of opportunity for personal growth. It also includes a quick deep-dive into power dynamics and non-verbal fluency. The experience centers on providing capability-building and expert and peer coaching around influence and presence in high stakes situations.

We will explore your ability to be agile and powerful, connect with your audience and create a clear message that works. Participants will develop real-world material in the workshop and receive coaching and feedback on their work, content, and ability to deliver content across a wide range of possibilities. They will explore the relationship among power, authority and status and how nonverbal communication can help achieve leadership goals.
